How do I place a wholesale order?

You must be an approved wholesaler to place a wholesale order with uware brands through our wholesale website. Click here to make a request for an online wholesale account.

We will review your request within 3-business days, and if you are approved, we will notify you with your initial log-in information using the email you provided.

Once you are approved:

Order Online: The fastest and easiest way to order.

Order by Phone: Choose your products and call us at 980-332-9082 between the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time.

If I work with a salesperson but want to buy online, do I still need to make the request for an online wholesale account?

Yes, please. And your salesperson will still receive credit for each online sale.

What is your minimum order size?

There is a $500 minimum on initial wholesale orders; $100 minimum on re-orders.

Do you have a minimum per style, a specified size scale or other pre-pack requirements?

We do not currently force a minimum order per style nor do we have a specified size scale for wholesale orders of less than 300 pieces. We do recommend that you carry a minimum of 12 pieces per style (in whatever size assortment you choose) for the best results with your customers.

Will you drop ship orders?

We do not offer a drop ship program at this time.

How can I view and track my orders?

You can view your order history, order status and track numbers on your wholesale account page. You can view your orders by logging into your wholesale customer account, or you can search using the e-mail and billing zip code that you used when you placed your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do offer net terms for some established customers.

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?

All wholesale orders will be charged according to the method you choose at checkout. Most ship via UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested. Delivery generally takes 2-6 days depending on your distance from Salisbury, NC.

Can I pay for shipping with my own UPS account?

Yes, if you would like your shipping to be billed directly to your UPS account, include that account number in the comments field when you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many international locations. When you place your order, choose your country, and our system will calculate a shipping estimate as you check out. To see the countries to which we currently ship click here.

Please note, international shipping costs are estimates and may need to be adjusted on large orders. We will contact you if your actual shipping cost is higher or lower than the estimate. This cost includes only the shipping fee; you are responsible for any import fees and taxes charged by your home country. If you have questions about international shipping, email customer service.

Do you have a printed wholesale catalog?

Yes, we print a wholesale catalog twice per year, in the Spring and Fall, plus specialty catalogs. We can mail one to you once you have set up a wholesale account, or you can page through an online store for items. You can also access our current catalogs here.

Can I use your product photos on my website?

Sorry, no. All photo images, icons, descriptions, and logos are the property of uwärē brands and cannot be used on other websites, social media sites, or catalogs without expressed written permission.

Can I return wholesale purchases?

  • Be sure to inspect all merchandise upon receipt carefully.
  • Call for our Merchandise Claims Form to list any problems with your order.
  • Don’t delay! Merchandise Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any claims regarding flawed items made outside of the 14-day time frame.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damages and do not discard. We may need to have the carrier perform an inspection.

Returns Policy: We do our best to quality check all your threads before shipping them out to you, but we understand that sometimes damages in production can occur. We will only accept returns for damaged items or order processing errors.

  • Return authorization is required. Please contact customer service for the RMA before shipping.
  • Merchandise returned without authorization will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for wholesale products.
